You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

4. User Content & Image Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant FitCheck a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and analyze your content using AI

• Display the content to you within the App

• Use the content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App

Your content is not shared publicly.

4.2 Likeness & Consent

You represent that:

• You have the right to upload the photos

• Any individuals appearing in uploaded photos have consented to being included
